In the wake of all the friends cutting going on, I cleared my own list of a few communities that were taking up space. ja. It's hard to try and comment for people when there's so many useless posts. ESPECIALLY GAZETTE ICON POSTS ):

Erm I have finals and essays and shizz I don't really wanna deal with asdl;m

also i'm sorry, i know there's naruto fans on my f-list so you may be wanting to avoid this rant.

I seriously don't know how people can just not take no for an answer. I just don't like this show. I don't like the characters, the plot, the music, the anything. When I try to kindly say this as to avoid a long ass discussion about it, I get "read the manga" or "watch the Japanese version" in response.

UUUHMM LOL WHUT

If I don't like the general plot as is, why in the hell would I care about extra backstory in the manga? If I don't like anime, why the hell would I suddenly like it after watching it in a language I can't even fucking understand? JA SUBTITLES ARE MAGICAL, THEY'LL CHANGE MY MIND.

I tried it, I did. I didn't like it, then I nothing'd it. Now these fans are making me want to spit on every piece of Naruto merchandise I lay eyes on. askfn for those sane fans out there ilu, really, this has just been bugging me for a while.

Oh god, I feel your pain. I feel it like we are sisters in pain, seriously. I've had people trying to shove Naruto down my throat, and won't accept that I do not like it. I gave it a try. I gave it a try in all forms! And I just couldn't get into it. Really people, it's okay if some people don't like something you do!

I know there's plenty of squealing over shows on my f-list that I couldn't care less about, too. If you don't like something, you don't like something! That's all there is to it.

You don't know how many times I wanted to yell "Naruto sucks!" this weekend at Anime Boston. I tried it. I didn't like it. And Naruto fans are worse than others about trying to shove it down your throat. D:

I totally understand your hatred for Naruto. I don't like it either and I don't think I ever will. I already tried looking at the manga and watched a few episodes but I couldn't stomach it.

I just wish that sometimes, some fans would understand that people have different preferences. As for me, it's like, if I don't like Naruto, then live with it! *froths* I ain't arguin'. O_O'

QUESTION:

If you had to chose between being stuck in a room with a bunch of rabid, Naruto fans with headbands or a bunch of badly cosplayed "Sephiroths" who'd just come from a showing of Advent Children, which would you chose? :O

Either way I'd probably rip the thread from their headbands/badly made cosplay outfits and hang myself with it within five minutes.

i hate that show sooo much. every time he says "belive it" god kills a kitten and i feel coompelled 2 pummel a cosplayer within an inch of their life.
ive seen people wear the headband outside...like IN PUBLIC....in a NONconvention setting....Its hilarious XD
