I'm studying. For what? Who knows. There's a Scholarship Bowl thing where they test you on various things, so I'm basically cramming for a quiz when I'm not entirely clear on the subject. I don't mind, though. However, I get increasingly distracted by my mythology books and I don't think anyone's going to want a long ass essay on how fucked up Zeus' family is.

I kinda wish I could have started school already, but since it's a 2 year program thing I have to wait till next fall. In the meantime, I'm getting my ass kicked by the job market (fuck this economy, seriously).

I swear, if someone told me tomorrow there was crack in the Dunkin Donuts coffee I would not be surprised.

It's freezing and almost 10pm and I'm seriously considering tossing on a jacket and running down the block before they close.

I got pretty much everything I wanted for Christmas. I mean, usually I get one or two home runs and the rest are okay, but EVERYONE got me something kickass this year.

This year is starting out great already. I have a few job offers that look promising, but more importantly FUCKING CURSIVE IS PLAYING IN NEW YORK. Sadly I'll have to settle for their 3rd performance (the other 2 venues are 21+, bastards) but fuck, I'll wait. I love this band. The Submarines are also playing and the tickets are way cheaper than I expected so I'll be going to see them too. :3

Now, back to my Twilight Zone marathon.

My body's all weird. I've been trying to put myself back on a normal sleep schedule, which is sort of working in that I wake up earlier easier, but I start to crash absurdly early. I need a lot more coffee.

By the way, black ice? NOT FUN. Neither is falling in the middle of the street and having a random truck dude try and pick you up. :(

Time to go back to obsessively baking. I've got cards and cookies for almost everyone, I think. :333
